Q.        Can the security deposit increase?

A.        No, as long as the application has been approved, the security deposit is $300 for everyone

Q.        Are there income requirements?

A.        Yes, there is an income minimum which is three times the market rent

Q.        Do you allow pets?

A.        Yes. There is a 30 pound weight limit and certain breed restrictions

Q.        Are there washer/dryer connections in every unit?

A.        Yes.

Q.        Can a cosigner go on the lease?

A.        We only allow students currently attending to have an immediate family member as a cosigner. The cosigner must also go through the application process.

Q.        Are any utilities covered in the rent?

A.        Village Station pays the sewer bill. Water and electric are the tenant’s responsibility.

Q.        How many people can live in an apartment?

A.        Two people per room. All occupants must be on the lease.

Q.        What amount is due the day I move in?

A.        The rent will be pro-rated from the day you move-in and will be due on the day that you come and sign your lease.

Q.        How long will you hold an apartment?

A.        Up to two months prior to move-in.

Q.        What is required to hold an apartment?

A.        A completed application, application fee ($50 nonrefundable), and security deposit ($300 refundable). Once approved, the apartment will be held for you until your move-in date.

Q.        How long does it take to process an application?

A.        24-48 hours
